A service which MercerTrigiani provides

upon request and free of charge to our community association clients, is a seminar for members of the Board of Directors concerning such topics as fiduciary responsibilities, effective meetings, rules enforcement and assessment collection. We find that these training sessions are particularly helpful to newly elected board members and recommend, that the sessions be conducted in conjunction with the organization's meeting of the board following the annual meeting. Topics include - meeting conduct, access to books and records assessment collection procedures. We are glad to tailor the session to meet the needs of the Board. As issues arise, we will prepare and distribute brief memoranda to our clients. During the Virginia General Assembly session we will post regular legislative updates on our Twitter page which is accessible from our Web site.

We have written extensively on a variety of issues for community associations. We frequently serve as speakers for national and local CAI progrmas. At the 2011 WMCCAI Conference & Expo, the MercerTrigiani players presented the session on "Rule Making and Achieving Compliance". Materials for this seminar and others are available to clients.
