| Practice Description
Janie's practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. She has represented developers and builders in the acquisition, financing, development and sale of property as well as in the creation of planned unit developments, mixed-use projects, and industrial, commercial, residential and conversion condominiums. Janie also has represented schools and other governmental entities in easement and condemnation matters and landlords and tenants in leasing matters. Her practice includes the representation of common interest community associations in a wide variety of matters. |
