 Strong lines of communication between attorney and client are fundamental to developing a good working relationship. MercerTrigiani attorneys generally prefer to work with and through Board designated legal liaisons, usually the Association President, the general or site manager, and the management agent. However, other members of the Board should be familiar with and have the opportunity to address questions to legal counsel. This may be accomplished through periodic attendance at Board meetings, or by distribution of information. |
