Janie's practice encompasses the representation of common interest community associations and a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. She represents developers, builders, and common interest community associations in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of property as well as in the creation of planned unit developments, mixed-use projects, and industrial, commercial, residential and conversion condominiums. In 2019, Janie completed the VCU Certified Planning Commissioner Program and is a frequent speaker at CLE programs.
