Mercer Presents New Video During LHL 25th Anniversary

David Mercer, past president and current board member of Lawyers Helping Lawyers, hosted the organization's 25th anniversary dinner held at the Virginia Crossings Conference Center in Richmond. The evening included the premiere of an 11-minute video featuring leaders of Virginia's legal community - former Chief Justice Harry L. Carrico, Fairfax County Circuit Court Judge R. Terrence Ney and Venable attorney, William Dolan - discussing the issue of attorneys and substance abuse and mental illness. MT Hosts Crabfest in Baltimore

Attorneys, staff, friends and family gather at Baltimore's Bo Brook's restaurant to enjoy endless trays of crab legs during MT's Annual Crabfest. Sisters Anna and Ally Noone, daughters of administrative manager, Checka Noone, enjoy a Sunday lunch ranging from crab cakes to cupcakes. David Mercer, instructs grandson, Jacob, on the fine art of eating steamed crab.

To emphasize the firm's new Wellness Program, the Morning omelettes and giant burgers...movies and baseball games...manicures and massages...these are just a few of the over-the-top, celebratory activities hosted by MT in saluting their employees during Staff Appreciation Week.

To emphasize the firm's new Wellness Program, the MT work group hiked to nearby Oronoco Park for a heart-healthy box lunch. After, Team Mercer and Team Trigiani went face-to-face in a series of challenging games. Awards were presented to employees logging the week's most pedometer miles and visits to the firm's fitness center.

Attorneys, employees and guests took a field trip to Nationals Park for a baseball game with all of the fixins'. Before the first pitch, attorneys passed out goody bags, baseball caps and traditional baseball snacks to maximize the "Nationals" experience.
